Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong item.

We will only replace or refund a product if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was sent.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
